Cancellation Policy
No Refunds upon Cancellation: Once a booking is made, there will be no refunds provided upon cancellation, regardless of the circumstances. Rescheduling Option: Instead of a refund, customers have the option to reschedule their booking for the same or different service at a later date, subject to availability. Advance Notice: To reschedule a booking, please provide us with advance notice 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. Booking Confirmation: All rescheduled bookings are subject to confirmation by Eloni's Flow to ensure availability and proper scheduling.
